AMY BRISSON 

Lead Presenter - FQHC Financial Bootcamp (Day 1): 

Chief Strategy Officer, Community Link Consulting 

Amy is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 11 years in the FQHC industry. She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2008 with a degree in Accounting and joined her first FQHC in Portland, OR, as Director of Finance in 2014, quickly advancing to Chief Financial Officer within a year. In 2018, she joined CLC as a remote consultant offering Fractional CFO expertise, opened CLC's Minnesota office in 2019, and became a shareholder in 2020 while serving as COO/Integrator. 

Now as Chief Strategy Officer, Amy focuses on growing the business and driving forward strategic initiatives that support CLC and its clients. She combines her deep financial and operational expertise with strategic vision to identify new opportunities, enhance service offerings, and strengthen partnerships in the FQHC industry. Amy's track record of delivering high-quality strategic solutions to resolve complex challenges has earned her a reputation as a trusted partner, leveraging her extensive knowledge in financial management, FQHC compliance, and C-Suite level coaching to help organizations succeed. 

DEENA GREENE 

Lead Presenter - Billing Bootcamp (Day 2) 

Billing Department Director, Community Link Consulting 

Deena is a certified billing professional with over 12 years of specialized experience in FQHC revenue cycle management and billing operations. She holds the Community Health - Coding and Billing Specialist certification, which focuses specifically on coding, billing, and billing processes in rural health care settings. Since joining Community Link Consulting in 2012, she has become the go-to expert for FQHC billing optimization, leading a team of billing specialists, coders, and auditors who serve health centers nationwide. Her expertise spans multiple billing systems including Nextgen, ECW, Centricity, Athena, and Intergy. 

Deena's hands-on approach combines deep technical billing knowledge with practical team leadership skills. She specializes in creating workflows that increase operational efficiencies, providing audit support, and helping organizations build high-performing billing teams. During the Billing Bootcamp, Deena will share proven strategies for front desk excellence that prevent billing errors, demonstrate claims optimization techniques that reduce denials, and provide practical guidance on FQHC-specific coding requirements. 

KAREN CREVELING-HUGHES 

Lead Presenter - Leadership Development (Day 3)

Karen brings 30 years of diverse accounting and leadership experience to the Working Genius Leadership Development training. Her career spans roles as an internal auditor, independent auditor, and tax manager, which developed her exceptional skills in quickly assessing organizational strengths and weaknesses, evaluating system designs, and identifying development opportunities. As CEO and Visionary of Community Link Consulting, she now combines this analytical foundation with specialized expertise in health center operations and team development. 

Karen's diverse professional background enables her to provide unique insights into organizational effectiveness and leadership development. During the Leadership Development session, Karen will facilitate the Working Genius assessment process, help participants understand their unique leadership style and natural talents, and provide practical strategies for building high-performing teams in healthcare environments.
